Returns & Refund Policy – Beauty Tech Innovations

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@beautytechinnovations.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Product Condition and Fit for Purpose
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product:

  • Is faulty or damaged, or

  • Does not perform the function it was sold for (e.g., fails to operate at stated specifications).

Please note that personal health issues, sensitivities, or unsuitability for your specific use do not qualify as a product fault.

Shipping Responsibility

  • If the product is found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and you may choose a replacement, refund, or repair.

  • If the product is working correctly, return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund or replacement will only be processed once shipping arrangements are agreed upon.

Inspection of Returns
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued if the product meets the above criteria.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for inspection, and then place a separate order for the desired replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Warranty & Repairs
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer protection law. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects affecting performance

  • Faulty components present at delivery

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation over time)

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, misuse)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Health-related claims or personal suitability issues

Rechargeable Batteries

  • Batteries are consumable and degrade over time.

  • Covered under warranty for 6 months from purchase.

  • Replacement batteries are available at €30 each (AuraLux cordless Nail Lamp only).

How to Claim Warranty

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Contact support with a description of the issue and videos if possible

  • Products may need to be returned for repair or replacement
