1-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty

At Beauty Tech Innovations, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

What is Covered

If your product develops a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model if the original is unavailable.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, water, or liquids (unless the product is specifically designed for such use)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's performance

  • Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Use contrary to the product instructions

  • Consumable items or accessories unless they have a manufacturing defect

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, where requested

We may request additional information to assess your claim.

Replacement Policy

Each purchased product is eligible for one warranty replacement only for a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement products do not restart or extend the warranty period. The warranty remains valid from the original purchase date and expires 12 months after that date.

Shipping

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions if the product needs to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Beauty Tech Innovations reserves the right to inspect the product, request photographic or video evidence, and determine whether the claim qualifies under this warranty.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
